Herbal Sitz Bath is a healing blend designed for postpartum healing, hemorrhoids, yeast infection, and minor first aid injuries. This blend contains gentle healing herbs that may also be beneficial for sore muscles, sprains and fractures. 

Prepare a sitz bath or full bath using 1/4 - 1/2 cup of the herbal mixture and soak for 15-30 minutes. Or prepare as a strong tea, cool, and store in a spray bottle in the refrigerator. 

Comes in a resealable kraft bag. Includes 6 oz herbal mix (approximately 8-10 soaks), and includes 2 cotton drawstring bags for your first soaks.
